1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once InnovaHycrossTaxi shares a driver and vehicle assignment via call, SMS or WhatsApp. Fares quoted are estimates based on the details you provide and may be revised if the actual route, distance or trip duration differs.
2. Fares & Charges
Per-km rates shown on this website are indicative starting fares. Tolls, state entry tax, parking charges and (for multi-day outstation trips) driver allowance are billed separately at actuals, and will be communicated before you confirm your trip.
3. Cancellations
Local and airport bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to a reasonable time before pickup. Outstation bookings cancelled with less notice may be subject to a cancellation charge to cover driver allocation costs — ask our team for the current policy at the time of booking.
4. Passenger Conduct & Luggage
Passengers are responsible for their luggage and belongings. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and carriage of illegal or hazardous items inside the vehicle are not permitted. The driver may decline to proceed with the trip in case of unsafe or abusive passenger behaviour.
5. Driver & Vehicle Standards
All drivers are verified and vehicles are maintained and cleaned as part of our standard service. In rare cases of vehicle breakdown, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement cab promptly.
6. Liability
InnovaHycrossTaxi and its drivers take reasonable care to ensure safe travel; however, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, roadblocks or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Payments
Payment is due at the end of the trip (or as otherwise agreed for corporate/monthly accounts) via cash, UPI or another accepted payment method.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
